Due to numerous requests over recent months from both home sellers and corporate clients, we have now extended the level of service we provide. In order to satisfy the changes in customer requirements we are now pleased to be able to offer a completely Independant Home Information Pack service.

Being a fully qualified and accredited independent Energy Assessor trained and qualified to industry standards and holding full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. I am registered with a Government Approved Accreditation Scheme, The Property Codes Compliance Board (HIPcode) and a member of The Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors.
In addition to Criminal Records Bureau checks you can be assured of peace of mind when instructing us to carry out your energy assessment or compile your home information pack. The reports produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your individual needs is my most important objective.
Whilst providing our service direct to the individual home owner, we are also keen to build lasting relationships with professional businesses.
As a new and growing independent business, we are able to adjust the services we offer to meet your individual requirements. We are based in Rochford, Essex. Whilst primarily serving the SS postcode area we are happy to extend the area covered further throughout Essex for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day. We can often be found working in the Romford and Chelmsford postcode areas.
