- We seek to book the appointment for the Energy Assessment on the same day that we receive your instruction and aim to produce the Energy Certificate within 24 hours of completing our inspection.
- We aim to be flexible at all times and work in a way that best suits your individual requirements, making evening, weekend and Bank Holiday appointments available.
- We will adhere to such reasonable complaints procedure as required by our Certification Scheme and The Property Codes Compliance Board. We will promptly notify them in writing of any unresolved complaints we receive.
- We will respond to any written complaints within 24 hours. We will provide our clients with a written copy of our Complaints Procedure imediately upon request.
- We will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection legislation.
- We are committed to developing a good working relationship with the local community, Estate Agents, Solicitors and other property professionals..
